Aituaje Uati Aizenobie

Aituaje Uati Aizenobie is a highly accomplished legal professional with a diverse international background and a strong commitment to legal excellence, education, and community service.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Edo State University (now Ambrose Alli University) in 1999 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in January 2001. Demonstrating a continued commitment to academic and professional growth, she earned both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2007 and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Windsor in 2019.

In Nigeria, Aituaje built a robust legal practice and served as a Refugee Status Determination Officer on a United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) project. This role reflects her dedication to humanitarian service, international law, and immigration matters.

Upon relocating to Canada, she successfully navigated the rigorous re-licensing process, underscoring her resilience, adaptability, and passion for the legal profession. She was called to the Ontario Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor in August 2021, and subsequently called to the Alberta Bar on January 4, 2022.

Aituaje maintains a well-rounded legal practice with a focus on Real Estate Law, Immigration Law, and Wills & Estates Law, providing comprehensive and client-centered legal services.
